The Office of Student Financial Aid is required to monitor grade changes. The specific type of grade change and impact is listed below:
Courses assigned an incomplete (I) grade impacts a student’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) evaluation. Incomplete grade changes that occur after the SAP evaluation will be included in the next scheduled evaluation; prior evaluation(s) will not be reassessed.
Grades changed due to errors will have the previous SAP evaluation reassessed at the time of determination. The change may impact financial aid awarded.
