AMAZON CAREER CHOICE-CREATING PATHWAYS FOR AMAZON EMPLOYEES

Georgia State University is a proud educational partner of Amazon’s Career Choice program. We deliver on Amazon’s commitment to provide eligible employees with support as they look to further their education while continuing to maintain work, family and community commitments.
Request Amazon Career Choice Payment
- Visit Career Choice on A and Z to initiate a payment voucher for Georgia State University programs via the Amazon Career Choice website four weeks before the payment deadline.
- Email the PDF voucher form to [email protected] with the term associated with the voucher. Please make sure to indicate your Panther ID for quicker processing.
- The sponsor billing team will review the payment request and either approve or deny it.
- You will receive an email from [email protected] once your voucher has been processed. This process adds a conditional credit on your PAWS account to prevent your classes from purging until GSU receives payment from Amazon. If your sponsor has not authorized full payment of your student account charges, you are responsible for paying any remaining balance by our published payment deadline. The conditional credit will remain until your sponsor receives an invoice and pays the school. You may access your E-bill on PAWS via Panther Pay for more information.
- The sponsor billing team will submit an invoice to Amazon two weeks after the add-and-drop period.
- Once payment is received by the school, a sponsor payment will be posted to your account to clear your semester balance.
- If your sponsor fails to pay your authorized charges within 60 days of when they are billed, your conditional payment will be removed from your student account and you will be responsible for paying the unpaid charges.
