Financial Aid and Student Accounts has moved all services online. We ask that you submit all documents via Panther Answer or via Fax: 404-413-2101.

Accessing and Submitting Forms & Documents for 2024-2025
- In PAWS, select “My financial Aid Status”
- You will see a list of tasks to complete inside of GSU’s Document portal
The name of the task is a hyperlink, select the hyperlink to be taken to gsu.studentforms.com (also known as gsu.verifymyfafsa.com)
You will need to register and create an account if this is your first time entering or simply log in. - Once logged in, under the “Needs Action” section on the left of the page, select “Manage Requests” on the upper right side of the page
A list of different items you could submit will appear including the following- Unusual Circumstances/Independence appeals
- Special Circumstances/SAI EFC appeal (for financial losses)
- Special Circumstances/Cost to Attend (Budget) appeals
- Fall SAP Appeal
- Spring SAP Appeal
- Summer SAP Appeal
- SSNDL
- SWPS
Items that you can submit will appeal with a blue plus sign. Select the + to complete or submit a requirement. Any item that cannot be selected will be greyed out in appearance.
Multiple documents to complete will appear within each of the next three following processing workflows. Simply select and complete the document you are attempting to submit and ignore the other documents. Once you have selected and completed the correct item, hit the submit button and the finish button.
State Programs workflow
A list of all possible forms within that processing area will appear.
Select the appropriate document you have been advised to submit.
Documents you have already submitted are closed and cannot be accessed
Federal Funds workflow
A list of all possible forms within that processing area will appear.
Select the appropriate document you have been advised to submit.
Documents you have already submitted are closed and cannot be accessed.
Loan Change Form workflow
- Loan Change Form 1 will appear
- Parent Plus Loan form 1 will appear
- Graduate Plus Loan form 1 will appear
- Loan Return forms
Remember to just select and complete or submit the document you are attempting to provide and ignore the other requirements. Log out and allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
